A Down Home Colorado Wedding Wish

On December 9, 2018, Dalen and Stacie stood before family and close friends to unite their lives together at The Studios at Overland Crossing. For the couple, who first met and fell in love online, despite nearly 500 miles between them, the day celebrated a bond that has faced enormous challenges

This past year, Dalen began experiencing some unexplained health problems. After numerous trips to the doctor and no good answers, his symptoms continued to worsen. It wasnโ€™t until an optometrist noticed something severely wrong with his eye and sent him to the ER that he finally got the answer he was not expecting. He was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer that had metastasized to his brain. Dalen immediately began intense treatment and has been fighting for his life, his little girl and Stacie with all of his strength.

We loved hearing Dalen and Stacieโ€™s story and were immediately struck by their beautiful relationship and amazingly positive attitude. We secured an incredible team of wish granters who perfectly captured their personalities and threw them the wedding of their dreams.

From the twinkling lights to the gorgeously decorated Christmas trees, beautiful flowers, delicious BBQ and decadent hot coco bar, guests were treated to a down-home, cozy holiday wedding celebration.

We cannot say thank you enough to this lovely crew who gave of their time and talents to shower our sweet couple with all of the love:
