A Shabby Chic Southern California Wedding

On January 30, 2019, Esther and Ernesto stood before family and friends and professed their love and devotion to one another in a beautiful ceremony at the Chapel of Orange in Orange, California.

For the young couple, who has endured their fair share of heartache and difficulty throughout the past couple of years, the day was much needed break from the harsh realities of cancer.

Esther and Ernesto first met by happenstance a few years ago at a local restaurant. They ended up chatting later that evening and began dating soon after. It wasn’t long before the couple realized that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. They decided to start a family together but were forced to give up on that dream when Esther was diagnosed with an aggressive form of hormone-fueled triple positive breast cancer in early 2018.

Despite surgery, multiple rounds of exhausting treatments, and chemotherapy, Esther and Ernesto’s love remains as strong as ever. We fell in love with this sweet couple the first time we spoke with them and were so honored to grant this wish for them.

We assembled an incredible team of wish granters who went out of their way to make Esther and Ernesto’s wedding extra special. The day was brimming with incredibly romantic details, breathtaking florals and oh so much love.

We cannot say thank you enough to this fine crew:
