Wish Granting Process

Applicant submits a Wish Application {Contact  president@wishuponawedding.org}

Application is immediately reviewed by select Wish Upon a Wedding Board Members.

The Application will be approved or denied, and the Applicant will be informed of decision.

If approved, the Medical Outreach Chair will contact the doctor listed on the Application to begin verification process.

WUW requires Doctor to fill out and sign the appropriate forms, provided to the doctor by WUW’s Medical Outreach Chair.

If Wish is approved, WUW will contact the Wish Recipient to inform them of the good news.

Volunteer Coordinators contact Wish Granters to fulfill wish, based on the wedding type being granted.

Wedding Coordinator (Wish Granter) receives a list of all vendors involved with wedding wish, and begins executing the details and the wedding plans.
