How Do I Apply?

Who Can Apply?

Adults age 18 and over, who are legal citizens of the United States and have been diagnosed with less than five years to live, or have experienced serious life-altering circumstances.

Wish Upon a Wedding, or any affiliated groups, shall never discriminate on the basis of race, creed, gender, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, physical limitations, or disabilities.

Same sex marriage is currently legally recognized in the  following locations: Massachusetts, District of Columbia, New Hampshire, Iowa, Connecticut and Vermont. Wish Upon a Wedding encourages all eligible couples to fill out a Wedding Wish Application, regardless of sexual orientation. Applicants may qualify for a wedding in any of our locations, or in some cases, we may be able to provide transportation to one of our locations where same-sex marriage is legally recognized, if it is the couple’s wish.

The weddings and vow renewal celebrations we offer are meant to be intimate celebrations with the applicant’s closest family and friends, and therefore, will never exceed 50 guests.
