Q: I have a Wedding Gown and/or other wedding items I would like to donate. How do I do this?
A: We have partnered with Brides for a Cause, an organization that sells gently used wedding gowns during road shows and from their Portland location, with the proceeds benefitting Wish Upon a Wedding. We are delighted to offer a way for our supporters to recycle their precious gowns by allowing someone else the opportunity to wear the gown again on their own wedding day. Please consider donating, if your gown was made in the year 2000 or newer . It’s the perfect way for you to help us help couples in need! Email info@bridesforacause.com for details.
Q: Who is eligible for a Wish?
A: Unmarried applicants who are at least 18 years or older, legal U.S. Citizens, where at least one individual has been diagnosed with less than five years to live are encouraged to apply.
Special Circumstance Wishes are also available for a limited number of couples who have endured serious life-altering circumstances.
A limited number of Vow Renewal Wishes are available to qualifying married couples.
