On this day there was no worrying about medical bills. On this day, Tiffany and Mark were able to forget about their next hospital stay. This day was February 12, the day of Tiffany and Mark were the Wish Recipients of Wish Upon a Wedding Houston’s first Dallas Wedding Wish.
Tiffany lives with a rare disease known as Islet Cell Hyperplasia, a condition that has landed her on the waiting list for a life-extending organ transplant. Aside from this very obvious wish of a new organ, another huge Wish for Tiffany was to wed the man that had been by her side from the beginning.
As guests arrived at the TPC Craig Ranch, they truly received the “red carpet treatment” for the greatest love story of all times.
To the unknowing eye, one could not tell that has an extremely rare and possibly hereditary condition, or that she has had her pancreas completely removed, or that her heart has been severely weakened by the illness; She simply looked like a very happy and very beautiful bride.
In front of 50 of their closest family and friends, Tiffany and Mark exchanged vows as their children stood beside them in an immaculate ceremony planned by Each & Every Detail. They were finally becoming one family and there was not a dry eye in the house.
As guest entered TPC Craig Ranch, they stepped into the truly glamorous Hollywood of yesteryear with glowing palm trees, art deco decor by Shag Carpet Prop Rentals. Tiffany and Mark named the guest tables after their favorite movies and incorporated television and movie posters infused with their family images. The couple was just so happy to be able to celebrate this day with those that loved them as much as they loved each other.

Update: Tiffany was admitted to the hospital not long after the wedding with a high fever from her body fighting not to reject the pancreas she was recently given. She’s now back home but the fight continues and Mark now stands by her side not only has her friend and rock but also as her husband.
