Lucia Dinh Pador and Henny Vallee are committed to inspiring and impacting individuals through design and creative thinking. After years of working with clients on both sides of the events and wedding industries through their award-winning DL/sh Design Studio, Lucia and Henny saw a need for more innovative thinking and an industry that’s poised to make a positive contribution to society.
Lucia’s cutting-edge thinking and design experience, social networking, and involvement in Project M – a collaborative design movement to create worldwide positive impact – combined with Henny’s creative, sensible and down-to-earth approach to leadership, design and a passion to help others, has made Utterly Engaged what it is today: A wedding magazine committed to connecting a community, presenting fresh and creative insights, and creating a well-lived life of purpose.

Nisie’s Enchanted Florist, based in Orange County, is recognized as one of Southern California’s premiere floral studios specializing in the creation of unique and personalized weddings and special events; ranging from intimate celebrations to lavish enchanted evenings. Their innovative floral designs are inspired from the imaginations and personal style of their clients.
They have been privileged to work with countless brides since 1996, and are proud and honored to work exclusively as the in-house florist for The Resort at Pelican Hill located in Newport Coast.
Nisie Vorachard, a former fashion designer for 10 years, established Nisie’s Enchanted Inc. in 1996 after leaving the fashion industry to begin her second passion in floral design. She is known to go above and beyond the client’s needs and expectations to design and create the most unforgettable events. Presently, Nisie’s Enchanted Florist includes a specialty-retail boutique and design studio in the City of Los Alamitos.
Whether the overall appeal of an event may be modern chic, vintage romance, classic, edgy, rustic or an eclectic mix of organic elements, we consider every approach in transforming each event with meticulous details to design and produce the wedding of any bride’s dream.
